1:1 PRIVATE COACHING FOR SENIOR LEADERS

You’ve built a career on experience, sound judgment and hard work. And yet there are still moments at work where things feel harder than they should — conversations that don’t land as you want, pushback that throws you off course, or situations where you leave thinking I could have handled that better.
This isn’t just about confidence or mindset.
It’s about how you think, speak, and show up in real situations at work.
My 1:1 coaching focuses on helping senior leaders communicate with clarity, authority, and influence, especially in key moments.

This is practical, situational coaching, grounded in what’s actually happening in your role.
HOW IT WORKS
We usually work together for around four months, across a minimum of five sessions.
That gives us enough time to make meaningful changes, without turning this into an open-ended commitment.
The first two sessions are closer together (around two weeks apart) to build momentum
After that, we meet roughly every four weeks
Each session lasts around 90 minutes and takes place online
There’s no fixed programme. We focus on:
real conversations you’re facing
decisions you’re navigating
situations where clarity, judgment, and communication matter
You’ll leave each session with:
clearer thinking
a cleaner way to handle the situation
something practical you can apply immediately
The focus is always on real situations, not theory.

ABOUT ME
I’ve spent nearly 30 years in leadership and business — leading teams, running companies, and working closely with senior leaders across a range of roles and industries.
I understand the realities of senior work: the decisions, conversations, and pressures that come with responsibility, and how easy it is for things to become unnecessarily complicated in the moment.
My approach is calm, practical, and grounded in real-world leadership experience. I focus on helping people think clearly, communicate deliberately, and handle everyday work situations more effectively.

1:1 private coaching gives you space to think clearly and handle situations more intentionally.
Our conversations are focused and practical. There is no jargon — just careful attention to what’s actually happening in your role, and thoughtful questioning to help you decide how to handle it.
I work with only six private coaching clients each year. This allows the work to be considered, focused, and get the attention it deserves.
Each engagement includes a minimum of five 90-minute online sessions over roughly four months. Many clients choose to continue beyond this as thier role or circumstances evolve.

Payment plan available if you’d prefer to spread the cost.
Most of my clients have their coaching funded by their organisation as part of their leadership or professional development. I can provide a short outline to help you request employer support if needed.
